    To clarify some errors:
    1) Ambien, a Schedule 4 (CIV) controlled substance, always legally requires a prescription–even accompanying “trial coupons” found in magazines.

    2) There are other medications for sleep–Unisom/Benadryl . Also, there is Rozerem, a non-controlled, non-addictive prescription sleep med that needs to be taken chronically.

    3) Tylenol #3 and #4 have codeine in it; so do other prescription meds (Fioricet w/ codeine &Fiorinal w/cod, cough syrups/w codeine).
