New study 1 billion people will die of tobacco related disease what are the co.going to give?
A spa like quitters place or rehab for the people that can’t stop would be a great solution. I have tried everything and nothing worked yet-but if they sent me to a spa like rehab and taught me how to live healthy I could change my ways. See they love to make failures out of us smokers with the crap on the market that caused me side effects and never stopped me from quitting this horrible habit. I hope they would give rehab for this drug but they won’t!
Oh, please. Just quit. I did. If you can’t do it on your own, you’re weak. The tobacco companies don’t owe you squat. They didn’t twist your arm to take up smoking.
I’m not sure where you’re from, but in the US they’ve already addressed and solved that problem as good as a government can.
They sued the tobacco companies so a whole herd of private lawyers could get rich, allocated the settlement to various states and counties who spent the money on God-knows-what, and then the tobacco companies raised their prices to pay for the settlement.
What more can they do beside raising taxes on tobacco? Oh yeah, they already did that.
