    I agree with your statement that the relationship between homelessness, mental health, and substance use disorders is complex and multi-dimensional. This problem can’t be solved in a day because you must understand the cause why it can happen. Besides, it will need the recovery process that needs more time and effort. We don’t need to judge them because they have their own problems and we are not at their position. Just give the best help you can do.
